In January, I became a nurse, one of a growing number of young people in the US to become nurses in nursing homes.

It’s a hard gig: you must prove that you can keep patients healthy and safe and make the home safe, and that you have the right skills to do it.

And it can be incredibly lonely.

But it can also be really rewarding.

I learned a lot, including how to treat patients.

And the nurses in my home care unit know that I’m a good person, and are proud of me.

I’m proud of my work.

I know my role, and I know what I do.

I also have an obligation to the patients and their families, who I’m so fortunate to serve.

So, it’s a big responsibility.

The job description I got, and my role in it, I think, helped me to find my calling.

But the more I learned, the more important it became to me to make sure that I did my job.

I am an advocate for the patients.

So when I’m asked to help them, I take it seriously.

And if I get to know someone in the nursing home, and the nurse knows me, I say, OK, let’s do it, and then I say what I need to say.

But I want to be able to take care of them, too, and make sure they have the care they need, and they feel safe and comfortable and I feel good.

It makes me feel good to know that they’re getting a good night’s sleep.

It made me feel really good to see a nurse or a doctor, because if they see me there, they know I’m doing my job, and their care is good.

But more important than that, I want the nurse to know I love them and want them to feel good about me, and love me back.

So I take the job seriously.

But my biggest job is to help the people in my care.

The people that work at the nursing homes, they are really my family.

And I love their company.

I love the nurses and I love working with them.

So there are a lot of people that really do care for people.

I think the biggest thing is to be a good nurse.

But being a good worker is more important.

So the first thing I do when I get into a nursing home is to go through the medical records.

And then I check on the nursing staff.

They do a great job, but I also want to make certain they know how to care for patients.

I want them, as they work, to have the skills to help patients, and to take pride in their work.

And that’s what I am.

So it’s kind of a balancing act, because it’s such a demanding job, it demands so much time and attention.

But there’s a lot to be learned, and a lot that I want from the people who work there.

But, I’m also passionate about what I’m working on, and about helping the people that are there, and helping the families.

So that’s the biggest challenge.

It is so difficult to get an education.

I got my degree in English at Yale University, and it took me three years.

So for me, the education was really a necessity.

And at the same time, I had to get my first job, which was as a nurse.

And when I went to work in nursing home care, I wasn’t even sure that this was the right fit.

I thought, I have to learn everything I can about nursing.

But as I went through the training, I realized that this is exactly what I needed.

So my job is really to be patient, and understanding of how to do nursing is very important to me.

But for me it was the people.

So now, as I work in caregiving, I need that education, too.

And nursing is such a huge part of my life.

And to be honest, I don’t think I’ll ever forget the nursing experience.

I can’t wait to get back into it.

I miss it, every day.

And so, I try to give my best to the nursing people.

And there’s so much that I learned from working there.

I have a great appreciation for the work that’s going on in the caregiving field.

And they’re so great, and so passionate about helping people.

They’re really great people, and very caring, and really hardworking.

And as long as I have the chance to work with them, that’s all that matters.

And you know, it really is an honor to work for the nurses.

They work so hard.

It was really an honor, and when you go back to work, you feel so good knowing that you’ve helped a lot people, in this very difficult and stressful job, because you’re really giving your best
